Our Promise

We stand behind our promise: MotionSpace will elevate your site's look and help lift conversions. If, within 14 days of purchase, you can show it hasn't delivered on those two fronts, we'll refund your full purchase price.

 

⚠️ Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, lack of readiness, or misunderstandings about setup requirements.

 

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request

Submit your request within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@motionspace.studio with your order number.

2. Show Us the Data

Send before/after screenshots (or a recording) of your storefront's aesthetics and conversion metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify reports) demonstrating no improvement.

3. We'll Review and Respond

We'll review and respond within 48 hours. If it's clear Plain Jane hasn't delivered as promised, we'll process your refund.
